QRAlarm is an Android alarm clock application that does not only wake You up, but also makes You get up to disable the alarm by scanning the QR Code.
No more oversleeping with SmartAlarm! Download the default QR code and print it, or scan your own, put it in a place remote from your bed, turn on the alarm and prepare for a more productive morning! SmartAlarm will make you not only wake up, but also get up to actually turn off the alarm (unless you make the alarm snooze).

* Fixed a critical bug of background work (e.g. rescheduling alarms on phone startup) not working after the previous update.

While you can download the APKs here directly, you should preferably use an F-Droid client so the app stays up-to-date on your device. Some clients have this repo enabled by default, e.g. Neo Store or, of course, the IzzyOnDroid client by Sunil. With others (like the official client) you'll have to add this repo manually (see the hint on top of the package list for how to do that).
