Coworking communities: booking, shared money and a social network.

DesKilo is a free, libre app for coworking communities and the people who move between them: desk booking, one transparent money ledger — and a private-by-default social network of spaces.
SPACES
• Draw your workspace on a grid: levels, offices, desks and bookable seats
• Tap a seat on the live floor plan to check in; reserve ahead, once or as a series
• Calendar of your bookings and your alerts; admins see everyone's
• Membership plans, quotas, one transparent ledger per member, community expenses, invoices
• Everything an admin does for you needs your confirmation
YOU, ACROSS SPACES
• One personal account (Me) for every space you belong to
• Discover: a shared directory and map where spaces publish a public page on purpose
• Messenger: private conversations and groups, with references to bookings and invoices where both of you belong
• Requests from people outside your reach, a block list, and a visibility matrix: you choose who sees your name, bio, contact details and presence
YOUR DATA, YOUR CHOICE
Self-host the backend on your own Supabase instance, or use the reference deployment operated by Florian DITTGEN, which also hosts the global directory. The F-Droid build starts without a server and asks which one to use: the reference deployment, an existing server, or a new one it sets up for you. AGPL-3.0-licensed free software.
GDPR: EU-hosted data on the reference deployment, no tracking or advertising, access limited by role and enforced on the server. Your rights are buttons in Settings → Privacy & data: who can see your data, who accessed it, export, erasure. In the store builds, push notifications use Firebase Cloud Messaging; the F-Droid build has no push service.
Anti-Features: NonFreeNet (this application promotes/depends a non-Free network service):
⇒ Defaults to the author's hosted server; changeable in Settings.
