Keypad-Mapper 3 makes it easy for you to record the GPS coordinates of housenumbers for adding them later to OpenStreetMap.
Features:

Anti-Features: Tracking: The application tracks and reports your activity to somewhere – usually either without your consent, or by default (i.e. you’d have to actively disable it). It’s commonly used for when developers obtain crash logs without the user’s consent, or when an app is useless without some kind of authentication.
While you can download the APKs here directly, you should preferably use an F-Droid client so the app stays up-to-date on your device.
