maripànaTokana (Malagasy for "a single thermometer") is a phone-only weather app that displays current conditions, hourly forecasts, and a 10-day outlook.Key Features:

Connects to: api.open-meteo.com (weather forecasts), geocoding-api.open-meteo.com (location name search), api.weather.gov (US severe weather alerts, only when in the US), and www.gdacs.org (global disaster alerts). Only GPS coordinates are transmitted; no personal data is collected or shared.
While you can download the APKs here directly, you should preferably use an F-Droid client so the app stays up-to-date on your device.
