This is a shortcut to the Android Health Connect that usually is buried inside the device settings under Settings > Security & Privacy > Privacy Controls > Health Connect.It doesn’t install or enable anything, it only opens the already present Health Connect based on the AOSP ("com.android.healthconnect"), Google API ("com.google.android.healthconnect") or the PlayStore version ("com.google.android.apps.healthdata").
While you can download the APKs here directly, you should preferably use an F-Droid client so the app stays up-to-date on your device.
