Kelani SBD Tracker is a calm, offline-first powerlifting tracker for structured Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift training.

It helps you plan, track and complete SBD workouts without accounts, ads, subscriptions, automatic analytics, telemetry or Kelani cloud sync. Your saved app data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it. Optional Android calendar integration writes brief workout events to a calendar you select; its provider may sync them.

Smart Training:

Smart Training follows a level-specific 28-workout ideal route including SBD Meet Day and post-meet recovery. The route remains visible in advance, while confirmed strength determines the prescribed weights.
